डाइवर्सिटी इन्क्लूज़न, इक्वलिटी, बेलॉन्गिंगनेस एक व्यापक चर्चा है



डाइवर्सिटी इन्क्लूज़न, इक्वलिटी, बेलॉन्गिंगनेस एक व्यापक चर्चा है. उससे भी गहन आत्म-चिंतन/आत्मावलोकन   का विषय है यह. यह भी अमरीकी गुब्बारे की तरह मानस पटल छा रहा है. आज हर कंपनी में इसकी चर्चा है. एचआर में काम करने वाले हर किसी ने अपने नाम के आगे डाइवर्सिटी इन्क्लूज़न एडवोकेट लिख दिया है. 

९०% डाइवर्सिटी इन्क्लूज़न, इक्वलिटी, बेलॉन्गिंगनेस पदों पर महिलाओं का कब्ज़ा है. मुझे महिलाओं से कोई परहेज़ नहीं है पर यह कुछ कांग्रेस के वाईस प्रेजिडेंट पद जैसा नहीं है? रहेंगे तो राहुल बाबा ही ! यह पद राजनैतिक नहीं है  न ही कोई मुलम्मा। ..इसकी उत्पत्ति न तो रंगभेद या गोरों का कालों पर अत्याचार या एंटी सेमिटिस्म जैसी भयावह घटनाओं से है। ..

इसके पुरोधा न महात्मा गाँधी है, न मंडेला, न जॉर्ज फ्लॉएड ! #ब्लैकलाइवमैटर्स ! 




इसकी चर्चा समलैंगिक होने या सेक्स के लिए अपने पार्टनर के चुनाव से है. पर यहां सब आंदोलन जैसा है. गे परेड, रेनबो झंडे और अन्य प्रतीक। . 

डाइवर्सिटी और इन्क्लूज़न एक गहरी सोच है जो सामाजिक न्याय का हथियार नहीं  है. यह मात्र व्यक्ति के प्रति किसी भी प्रकार के पक्षपात का विरोधी है. भारत में सर्व धर्म समभाव युगों से स्थापित मान्यता है. वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम से आगे हमने कॉर्पोरेट में इक्वल ओप्पोर्तुनिटी एम्प्लायर का एक फॉर्मल प्रोसेस रिक्रूटमेंट प्रोसेस में अनुबंधित मिला। ..इसकी वजह अमरीकी अदालतों की फटकार और कई महंगे मुकद्दमे  रहे !

भारत में कॉर्पोरेट इसे भी हवा भरे गुब्बारे की तरह देख रहा है. इस सुन्दर अवसर को भी मार्केटिंग और अवसरवादियों की बलि चढ़ा दी गयी है. इसमें सब कुछ इलीट सा लग रहा है. जैसे कोइ अंतरिक्ष से उतरा कांसेप्ट हो. 

जब तक  सामान्य एम्प्लोयी इसे अपनी स्वीकृति नहीं देता तब तक यह कुछ लोगों की नौकरी और मोटी सैलरी पचाने मात्र का सगल रह जाएगा.

He says, he would rather hire someone who has no idea about that job and then this person brings whole new perspective..
Now, look at the recent hires into the roles of #Diversity #Inclusion, #Equality, #Belonging and they have experience in #DEIB and the look at the jobs on LinkedIn for #DEIB and you see them looking for a "type"..

Most JDs look like an event manager, who wears a billboard of #DEI all the time and makes every discussion not end without talking about #DEI...

Imagine, we had not had this role earlier and did we really trample upon civil rights, gay rights, ethic rights, gender rights, experience, age and backgrounds?

Remember rights are won after a battle, a long drawn battle and you think a lone #DEI trumpet and an event manager would bring such rights to the #Deprived?
Think again. I will not be surprised when one company looks for #DEI specialist, they will hire a woman, then they will look for #DEI experience and then they will look for industry match and MNC to MNC match to everything match!
#$uck you! It doesn't work that way and it will not not be successful as there is no outcry, no protests, no idols like #NelsonMandela (Apartheid, millions victimized) and Civil Rights , 25 years in jail and Civil Rights movement , emancipating millions and then Dream Comes True! but at a cost of brutal #assassination of #KingJr
Start #DEI as a collective reform...from top to policies to treating customers, employees, nature, make all places and communication and platforms #Inclusive...
#Diversity can't find place without constant and stable change through #Inclusion first...

Ditch the drama , make #DEI real!
